Bring people with you

Community fundraisers consistently raise more than any advertisement we could buy. We will give you the materials and stay out of your way.

Ideas

Ways people raise money for us

Birthday and milestone fundraisers

Ask for gifts to the hospital fund instead of presents.

Workplace campaigns

A two-week drive with a matching commitment from leadership.

Athletic events

Run, ride, or swim with a pledge page attached.

School drives

Age-appropriate campaigns run with a teacher or PTA sponsor.

Small business partnerships

A percentage-of-sales day, disclosed clearly to customers.

Memorial giving

Direct memorial contributions to a program that mattered to your family.

Ground rules

If you fundraise in our name

  • Register your event with us first so we can confirm the use of our name and logo.
  • State clearly whether proceeds are a fixed donation or a percentage of sales.
  • Do not collect donations into a personal account; use the fundraising page we provide.
  • Raffles and games of chance are regulated by state and often require a license. Ask us before planning one.
  • Do not claim tax-deductibility on a purchase where the buyer received goods of equal value.

Volunteer

Time, not money

Event support

Registration tables, water stations, setup and teardown crews.

Skilled volunteering

Accounting, translation, photography, and grant writing.

Volunteer roles inside hospitals are managed by each hospital and require their own screening and background checks.
